This privacy notice tells you what to expect when SignTech Paperless Solution Limited (SignTech) collects personal information about you when you register to a SignTech account on signtechforms.com or when you complete a SignTech digitised form using the SignTech mobile applications or web-completion application. SignTech is committed to protecting your personal information when you use SignTech services. Whenever you provide such information we will only use your information in line with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will be kept in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the ‘need to know’ principle.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
When you register to a SignTech account on signtechforms.com, we will collect the following information about you:

SignTech collects information about how you use signtechforms.com via our website and the device(s) that you use to access the service. HOW WILL SIGNTECH USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS ABOUT ME?

To identify you as a SignTech registered user and allow you to login to your highly secured SignTech account.

The lawful justification for sending information about SignTech products and services to you is that you have given clear consent for your personal data to be used for this specific purpose. You are always in control of your data. You can opt in to receive marketing communications during the registration process for the SignTech Email Newsletter. You can also unsubscribe from SignTech marketing communications by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ on the footer of a SignTech marketing email at any time.

If you complete a SignTech digitised form using the SignTech mobile applications or web-completion application, SignTech commits to not store or use the information you have filled on the form. SignTech only provides the facility for you to provide the information required and presents it in the pdf format in order to enable you to send it directly to the organisation or person who has asked or given you permission to complete the form (form’s owner). SignTech does not store any of the information you have filled in a SignTech digitised form within its data servers. Therefore, SignTech cannot be considered accountable for the storage, use or lose of you personal data.

Your information will be handled and used only by SignTech. We will keep your information within SignTech except where disclosure is required by law, for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
As we are responsible for your personal data, we always ensure that your information remains protected and secure when being transferred.

 

HOW LONG WILL SIGNTECH KEEP MY INFORMATION?


Where you have given expressed consent, your personal details for marketing communications will be retained until you tell us otherwise or unsubscribe, at which point all of your personal details is removed from our systems. When you tell us that you no longer wish to receive marketing messages about SignTech products and services, we will record this preference information about you until you tell us otherwise. This is to ensure that we don’t send you any further marketing communications in error.
